As you can see, classes start every week on Monday.

Arrival Students should arrive on Sunday before the course start date and depart on Saturday after the course. Extra nights are available by request. Courses are available in 4 week segments only.

Public Holidays For Public Holidays that fall during a course period, make-up courses will be available on the next weekend.

Minimum English Language Level All students must submit test scores on an accepted TOEFL test indicating at least INTERMEDIATE level of English. The test scores must be submitted as part of the application process.

Accommodations All students will stay at Duke Tower Hotel & Condominiums (www.DukeTower.com), a condo-hotel near the classrooms. All condos are one bedroom. For double occupancy, students will share a bedroom with two double beds. Each suite has a full kitchen where students can cook meals. Asian supermarkets are nearby for purchasing food. A free shuttle to a nearby supermarket is available.

Registration in Korea All registration must be done through VASS Korea, our sales agent in Korea.

Registration outside Korea All registration must be done through Duke Tower, our housing provider, via email or phone. Credit cards accepted.

Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellations must be made at least one week prior to courses starting to receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made less than one week before the course begins will incur a 25% penalty. There are no refunds after the course starts. It is not possible to transfer any fees to a third party. We advise you to take out course fee cancellation insurance.

Additional Adults or Children Staying with the Student For a spouse or another adult staying in the hotel, not in the language program, the additional cost will be $500. For children up to 12, the additional cost will be $250 per child.

Community College Entrance Assistance As part of our optional evening programs, we will introduce you to representatives from the local community college system. See the information below. We can also help with applications and other requirements for admission. (Additional fees may apply.)
