RTELP: your gateway to North Carolina's Technical Community Colleges
Enter the USA Technical Community College System! The North Carolina Community College System is one of the best in the USA. The North Carolina Community College System has an �open-door� policy for international students, meaning all qualified international students will be admitted. Many of our students at RTELP desire to enter the community college system to learn additional skills. The community college system can be an attractive pathway to study and living in the USA. As part of our evening program, we will introduce you to the local community colleges (below) and help you get started. However, the paperwork and processes to gain entry to the community colleges can be complicated and difficult to understand. For an additional fee, RTELP can help with this process and make your entry into the community college system easier. We can provide the legal and paperwork assistance to ensure you have the best chance to enter the community college system.

Duram Technical Community College (Duram Tech) Durham Tech serves over 25,000 students with credit, non-credit, adult, and continuing education offerings with 510 faculty members. Offers career programs leading to over 100 degrees, certificates, and diplomas and university transfer programs. The community college serves high school graduates, international students, transfer students and continuing education students as well as working professionals. Durham Technical Community College offers associate degrees, including associate in arts (AA) and associate in science (AS). The AA degree is a 2-year program with an emphasis in one of the following major areas of study: English, psychology, philosophy, foreign language, fine arts, sociology, or history. The AS degree is a 2-year program with an emphasis in one of the following disciplines: biology, geology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, or engineering. Both programs prepare students to transfer to four-year colleges or universities.	Wake Technical Community College (Wake Tech) Wake Tech is a two-year accredited institution of higher education and technical training school. Current student enrollment is 57,000. Campuses in Raleigh and Cary. Wake Tech is approved to issue I-20 forms for all associate degree programs, including university transfer Associate in Science or Associate in Arts degrees. These programs prepare students to enter most four-year colleges and universities at the junior level to complete a bachelor's degree.
